I just bought a brand new intake manifold, for my 4.6 it is the stock manifold from the Bullit, anybody know how much power i should gain. I know that the Bullit made mor epower than a stock GT I htought the only difference was the manifold is that true?

The bullitts only have 5hp over a stock GT anyways, right? I thought the bullitts came stock with alternator and water pump underdrive pullies, and that's it I think. So i'd say you won't see much of anything from the intake manifold. I could be very wrong, I have a history of it, haha. I don't even drive a PI stang, what do I know, haha.

I guess I spoke too soon...the intake is different as you guys said, but it does have factory underdrives, so I was halfway right I guess, haha. But if the bullit only cranks out 5 more HP and 3ft/lbs of torque over a base GT with it's ford racing intake and underdrives, i don't know what just the intake will get you. can't be anymore than 5hp I'd say.

well, it also has better suspension and brakes (hello, cobra?)
and the intake manifold flows WAY better than a normal GT manifold, but there' not enough draw to make use of it unless you S/C the car.
