2007 Shelby GT?
i was reading an article in some auto magazine, they said ford will start marketing a 2007 Shelby GT. Now, i was reading the specs i remember 315 hp and around the same for torque. Asking price started at like 35-37. What did they do, take an existing GT, slap shelby's name on it with an underdrive pulley or lame tune? Could this have been a typo?
On aside notafter a month of having no rear window in the vert (due to a crazy ex girlfriend) i finally got the car in to get it fixed. Dealership wanted 1700, safelite wanted 1250 and this local upholstery shop wanted 538.00 guess who i went with. Excellent quality, got the car washed, no leaks or anything. Looks like it did from the factory.

that is the dumbest thing ive seen!!! a shelby gt and they still couldnt put at least 3.73's in it. 325 HP and 40k+ for a shelby gt... 5k more and you get the shelby gt500... for 40 grand id expect at least a 4V

315 HP is a slap in the face to Ford fans. What they SHOULD have done is give it 350 HP and named it the Shelby GT 350 so they could have a 350 AND 500 like the old days. Shelby GT? What is theis Dodge? Reminds me of Charger R/T Daytona Hemi Magnum. Way to waste all the name plates in one shot. Like the "Ford GT" What the hell ever happend to calling it the GT-40? I cant stand nameplate abuse by the big three. Chevy is doing the same thing by naming everything under the sun an "SS" including a stand along car just called "SS"
