Default 17x9 or 17x10.5?

So my dad might begetting me cobra r's for my birthday. Should I get the 17x10.5's or 17x9's. I know that the 10.5's look badass and thats what im tryin to go for. But how much does it suck that you cant rotate ur tires, and how much diferent is the price of a 315 compared to 275. What size should i get?

Go wide or go home! 315s look so sick from the rear., or any angle for that matter. If you can fit them, use them.

how much do you drive your car? For me its not an issue, because its not a DD. If you put miles on your stang, you might be better off with the 17x9's and uniform tires all the way around..just my .02

I agree 100% . I drive ALOT and it's gettin expensive to keep the tires on my 18x10 rears. I've been thinkin about getting some diff. wheels, 17x9 all around. no doubt the dd looks killer though.

Get the DD... Think about it... The fronts will last 2x as long (you won't have to replace as often) and the 315's look badass...

go with the wide on the back. and if you feel like taking some turns fast swap them out... it only takes 15mins to change out tires and if you just cruise with the 17/9 17/10.5 set up then they will last for a while. MAN UP BEEOCCCH!!!

I drive mine almost everyday.... I think the look of the 10.5s out weighs the fact that you can't rotate them by FAR. And you can get Sumitomo 315s for less than $100.

Just think about it... most high end sports cars have different width front/back wheels. vipers.. corvettes..
