Increase boost to 10# (intercooled), and get a dyno tune. A 90mm MAF is probably a good idea. Properly tuned you should have 375+ rwhp.
TB/Plenum will make almost no difference to your max rwhp.
Cams won't help much, but porting the heads will... but that aint cheap unless you remove/reinstall yourself.

The thing is before i had this blower i had underdrive pulleys and my car would rpm pretty quicly now its doesnt rpm that fast at all. its rather slow. it pulls a helluva lot harder just doesnt go through gears as fast as i'd like.

Even with a 6psi S/C I would think you should be over the 350rwhp mark, but I guess not. Up the boost to 8psi and get an intercooler. I wish I was making over 300hp to the wheels, I know I'd be happy.
