Is this cam to much for my (auto) 2000 gt without installing a stall converter????

i put them on my 96 when i did the pi conversion and wow i love the mid range. slight lope at idle noticed with good exhaust.i think you will be fine. add some gears and you will love it..are you pulling the heads off? make sure you use the crower springs and retainers they are rated for more lift than the comp ones..
