Intercool

Is the main difference between a supercharger with an intercooler and one with out is that you can run higher boost? With a intercooler?

An intercooler cools the air. Cooler air is more dense meaning more particles per square inch. So at the same boost levels you're getting more air into your engine, making more power when combustion happens.

If you want more power an intercooler is a safe, reliable way to get it.
