Default Which is best for the setup I want?

I've been looking into getting headers/mid-pipe gears...etc.... but I think im going to skip all this and just go with a blower. The only problem is the blowers I have heard are really loud at idle. I want one that people can hear but not an annoying sound. So the only one i really know of would be a KB or are there any others?

If you are getting a blower I would do a mid pipe first. Vortech makes some pretty quiet blowers.
