i have done A LOT of research on this my self, go to turbomustangs.com and check out their modular section or builds board for modular builds, there is a lot of great info there(just not as nice of guys as on here so don't expect to just ask questions and get them answered, u will need to use the search all the time there)

go to the local community college and take a couple of tig welding classes then you can make your own turbo kit in no time

well then get a holset hx35 turbo off of a dodge cummins. they are cheap and last forever so if you get a turbo with 100,000 miles the turbo will last fora another 200K miles

probably a single, but not all holsets are great for the 4.6

the holset is a great turbo they spool incredibly fast and will flow enough to snap the stock bottom end into a thousand peices. i would suggest just running a single holset
