Vapor Lock????

Vapor Lock????
I have been noticing when my car warms up that it is starting to sputter some and at time almost feels like it doesn't want to get out of it's own way. I pulled my injectors out tonight to swap to 42#'s and there was alot of pressure but not alot of fuel when I bled the system at the port. Is it necessary to bleed the fuel system and if so how do you go about doing it.

RE: Vapor Lock????
It's possible that the pick up in the fuel tank is cracked or the pump's failing and as for bleeding the system afterwards just cycle the key on and off a couple of times to get the fuel pump to pressure up.

I did change the filter. I am not running in boost yet because I still am waiting for a few things before I tune it. I am keeping the RPM's under 2500. The only reason I am asking if it could be air in the rails is because I have changed the **** injectors 4 or 5 times (please don't ask why). But otherwise could it be something else.

Pretty sure that the air gets pushed out at start up or the car will barely run. Since you have the bigger pump and injectors your car is probably over-fueling cause your stock cal can't handle it

Ya I am starting to wonder bout the tune on the chip. I bought the SC kit on ebay. It came with 60# injectors and all the other stuff and a diablo chip. I put the 60#'s in when I first started it up and it black smoked like crazy so I swapped the 60#'s for 30#'s. It seems to have ran fine with those but my friend needed his injectors back so I am putting 42#'s in it tom. Could I possibly have a bad connection on the chip to the ECU?
I am going to have it tuned possibly Fri. The thing that gets me is that it just started sputering like that today. The past few days it ran good.
