My 99gt headlights sucks, better bulbs?

My 99gt headlights sucks, better bulbs?
i have a 99 gt and the headlights on it suck i can leave my brights on around town. They arent facing way up in the air or anything they just arent very bright. There headlights are kinda foggy from it condensing on the inside of them i dont know if thats making a big difference and if there is any way to get rid of that? Can i just get some better bulbs, what are good ones? or would i have to get all new headlights

thanks allot, has anyone tried that and how does it work? you cant take the lense off right, it just gets rid of the condesation already there with the heat and keeps it from happening again or what? also what are some good bright bulbs at a decent price?
