what about regular brand names that you find at regular shops....

im going in for my warranty service soon at a local shop to change out my shocks...what brand do you recommend...i think they have monroe...BTW I have Maxspeed springs..
Monroe are fine!

I was reading that using Fox Body shocks in the back helps when lowered, Anyone have part numbers or links as I'm not sure what exactly "Fox Body" means as far as car years.
