How hard was it to take off and re install the blower? I ask because If I do get bored of my car at the power level I'm at now, I'm sure my next big power adding mod will be porting the blower. So was it hard? You said it took you an hour and a half to take off, but I'm sure you've been working on cars for a long time if you can port your own blower...

it was real easy after i found this write up on Svtp and it made it real easy for me it has all the precs with great pics that are real helpfull

I subscribed to that thread a long time ago.And I read itbut wasn't actually taking off the blower so it was a bit confusing. Lol. But I'm sure it will make more sense If/when I actually do it.

But make sure you do get your car retuned. Some people on SVTP say you don't need to get a ported blower retuned. And I think it even says that on Stiegemeier's site, but personally, I wouldn't take any chances! Lol.

i yess i have found that it will need a retune with this port job, here are a few guys that did there own also and then had to retune + get a new MAf b/c they pegged theres
