Congrats man! Wow, $14k for a black (sexiest color IMO) Mach 1! You are going to love that car. Let the mods begin!

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. Not that I would expect anything else on a Mustang forum, but still.

I am REALLY super pleased with the deal. The mods will begin as soon as I sell the Horse, a rank little 306 that I hope to surpass in power (307.6rwhp and 341.2 rwtq) with this Mach N/A before a 125 shot. https://mustangforums.com/m_2919609/tm.htm

I hope with bolt ons and a killer tune I can get to 320-330 rwhp (seems reasonable from what I've been picking up) since a lot of folks are dyno'ing stock at 280-290 rwhp. I think I can pick up 30-50 rwhp before the 125 shot with all that. [8D]

man that black looks awesome! Congrats on the new ride, you will love it. Also, make sure to get on mach1registery.com and do a search for udp and see what you find. It might change your mind.
Is it because no posts turn up searching for underdrive pulleys or udp?

love mach1s...and $14k sounds like a real good deal...salvage? whats the mileage?

oo as far as the color, I always wasnt too fond of the black on mach1s because it doesnt really show the shaker hood and you cant tell the difference between the mach and the GT until you get up close (or if you know bout stangs you can tellby rims..)
my personal fav color for mach1s is definitely the red, shows the shaker hood nice and sexy

either way nice car...hopefully ill be getting a mach1 soon []

My favorite color for the mach 1 is a tie between the blue and the orange (great contrast in colors)
