Well I have 18cc pistons which brings my ratio 8.8:1 so Im going to guess around 8.4:1. Its gonna be a dog unless you go FI.

ok so it will lower my compression a lot, but all i need is the crank and flywheel to make them work?

you dont need anything to make them work. they are 99.9% identical only the dish is different. personally id get something else cuz nothing good came out of the 03-04 cobras. IMO its the worst mustang ever built

You can use your crank and rods if you want.

well think about it. ford had to ad an extra valve and a supercharger to make 90 more horsepower.

I am planning on supercharging later, but it will run like crap withoutone right? So i think i may wait or buy diff forged pistons that wont lower my compression as bad?

ok, can you point me in the right direction on some pistions in my 96 using PI heads and stage 1 cams, keeping my compression decent with out a supercharger, but still low enough to eventually use a SC
