Default Supension mods on S/C cars...

This question goes primarily to all you who have their rides S/C. What kind of work did you have done toyour suspension to get the power to the ground? Will lowering the car any amount also help in this mattter? BasicallyI'd like to know what itwould taketo have acar with a lot of "ooomph"from having constant traction problems. If this helps any, I'd want the car set upstrictly for street driving.

Full length SFC's at least, then do the usual stuff - springs, shocks/struts, LCA's

I forgot about the SFC. I know this is noob type of question but do the connectors get welded on to the subframes?
