If you remove it with the stock air box you need to get a 3/16" or 1/4" section O-ring, more or less the samediameter as the rubber ring around the screen, for a gasket--appliance or industrial parts stores will have one that will do the trick...[/align][/align] [/align][/align]Or you can cut one from sheet rubber gasket material.[/align]

i took mine off when i did the CAI and havent had any problems. i know its a big problem for the '05 and newer stangs if its taken off

When I bought my JLT RAI, the instructions said to take out the MAF screen, and not to reuse it.
