Smaller valves in Patriot Stage 3's

Smaller valves in Patriot Stage 3's
The patriot stage 3 heads come with 1.84" valves. I was wondering what I would have to do in order to put smaller valves in. I know you have to cut the seats, buy smaller valves, and .... Not sure of what's next?
