Its going to sound like S H IT I ran these super 40's and a bbk x and it was louder than hell.
X-pipe was with out cats.

I wouldnt do this unless The X- pipe had cats..
I ended up going with an H-pipe.

It will sound super cool idling but will sound like S H IT upon mass throttle

I just caught the 3" part.. 3" would be great if you had a turbo or a blower.

As said before
X-pipe raspy sound!!
H-pipe muscle sound!!

H pipe will sound a lot better with flow, x pipe will sound better with straight through muffler.

I have the Delta 10 Series Flows with an O/R X-Pipe and I love it. I get compliments all the time with my setup. I have mandrel bent 2.5 pipes from thex-pipe(which is also 2.5)all the way back to the tips.

I love it and wouldnt recommend anything else truthfully.
40 Series will definitely have a raspier sound with more drone than the 10 series. The 10 Series has a pretty deep sound.

Super 40's are the sickest flowmaster has. They are louder than the series 40.Those Delta's are a 3 chamber if I'm not mistaken. They would make the X-pipe sound better than with super 40's.

I was considering that same combo but my mechanic told me it'll sound like firecrackers in a tin can. I went with 3.5" Magnaflows with H-pipes instead. I'm very pleased... it produces a loud, deep growl and sounds like a classic muscle car.

IT HAS NO RASP...... When you rev a car with an X pipe next to an H pipe you can simply hear the flow difference.... After you let off the rev with the H it just cuts off and soundes choked.... With the X it just has a more powerfull sound..... Thats why i chose X and it sounds good
