I wanna buy some comp cams and this keeps coming up. I know I got a non-pi motor Its a 96 gt but should I change heads to make it pi or just non pi cams

PI = Perfromance Improved. It would be better to do a PI swap, but you are talking some serious cash compared to just putting a set of good non-pi cams in.

Hey thanks alot your right heads are expensive I wanna save up and buy an 06 gt but I need some power I'll think about the cams and maybe the intake manifold thanks again

A set of stock PI heads should be pretty cheap, call around junkyards and try to find yourself a set.

Alot of people recommend just doing the PI intake and a set of aftermarket cams. This should be cheaper than an entire PI swap (unless you find a deal at a junkyard) and it will make as much/more power, plus make the powerband pull all the way to redline.

Junkyard not a bad idea but I was thinking new heads with cams u know the works but i'll look into the junkyard thing I'll see how much it is so your saying just take the heads put cams and buy the intake manifold I'll check it out
