RE: Help Please
Did you sign anything before you put it on the dyno?????? That's the major thing. Your motor is blown - nothing we can do now. but if you signed a waiver you have no recourse - if you didn't sign anything, and you can show it was tuner incopentance then you may have recourse.

RE: Help Please
Ya I have the dyno print out
No I can hardly type never mind scan.
Maybe to morrow I can get it scaned and posted.
It did not throw the rod on the dyno, It did it 8 miles down the road.
Ya I signed something.
Waivers are not as bullited proof as some people think.
What I am really after is answers.
The set up should have worked.
I should not be driving my 1 ton truck around on the week end.
This sucks
Ya after all this I might sic a lawer on them.
Right now I just want to understand what happened

RE: Help Please
Tbo... let us know what your a/f shows on the dyno... i saw you were running 9 lbs...
You cant tell us to find the door in the corner of a round room.. which means you have to give us more information - nobody here has telepathy.
Considering your car was on the dyno and didn't blow until you drove it. There is probably not much you can do litigation wise without proving neglegence (spelling?) - which sorry to say is a bit tough to do considering if was in perfect running shape when you left. Most people on here will automatically say to sue someone - Unless you can absolutly prove neglegence they're probably not responsible.
If you want more info about your issue, post more details.

RE: Help Please
Being it toasted the motor 8 miles after you picked it up.... there HAS to be something they did wrong! What I don't know... but new motors just don't go around blowing up! What else did they to to the Motor besides the Turbo?? If nothing internal was changed pull the Turbo and any aftermarket components off and take it to the dealership and have a new motor put in under warranty! [sm=signs007.gif]
