interior light wont go off

interior light wont go off
Hey guys
My interior light (inside on the roof of the car) doesnt go off and when i lock my car with my keyless remote it will beep twice like my door is ajar. I'm thinking its some kind of sensor. Anyone have this problem before? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Its annoying the **** out of me too. sometimes when i'm driving that interior light wont go out. Any help would be great. If there is some kind of sensor could someone tell me where its at so i can fix it. Thanks!

I would first start by locating the trunk latch sensor thing that tells the car the trunk is closed and make sure it is clean of dirt and debris. Then move on to both doors and do the same thing. Locate the fuse with your owners manual and make sure nothing is wierd there. Maybe even try unhooking the battery for a bit and hopefully something will reset. Other then that I guess I would eventually take it to Ford.
