Question for Drag Racers
First off, I'm not too familiar with drag racing, and I', sure one of you guys can answer this. Does anyone use any type of tire prep?
On my race karts and legacy car, we sometimes prep the tires with chemicals to soften the rubber or make them stickier.
I know that its probably unnecessary for slicks, but anyone do it? Or on drag radials?
Just wondering if anyones tried it, or if there are any rules against it.
