Default Time for New Calipers??

Well, I've had this squeaking coming from the brakes and I assumed it was either pads/rotors. I was due for new rotors anyways, so I just replaced them with some oem rotors and brake pads. But the squealing only happens when the brake pedal is not applied, when I push down the break the squealing stops, and the noise comes from the two rear wheels. So I'm thinking my two rear calipers are sticking, and it's time for a new pair, does this sound like answer to the problem? Any help would be great guys, and some links of caliper kits would be good too....

Did you grease all the Slide thingy's?? Put stop sqeak on the back of the pads? I would think one of those 2 things before bad calipers! On
