Default Good deal?

Im was thinking of buying my first mustang, i found a 03 mustang gt for 13,000 it has a leather interior with a 5 speed and some other mods. those this sound like a good deal? i live in southern cali ifithelps.

It has 23,000 miles its a silver coupe with flowmaster exahust and a cai, i dont have a link.

take it and then do a burnout as soon as you hit the road with it

is it a private party sale or are you buying it from a dealership??? either way its a good deal so if you can't talk them down still take it but you could prob talk the dealer down if you walk in with cash
