woo hoo i got my pi heads!!! i do have a question tho, if i plan on getting a supercharger as well would i need to worry about the higher compression of the pi swap and reliability, or is there something i can do during the swap to better prepare for this?

well, first thing id do is get forged internals... completely re-do the bottom end if you want to run high boost. second, to lower compression you can get different head and/or pistons that would help you do this.

You can use a thicker head gasket which will lower compression a little bit. As far as running a supercharger you can keep the boost lower and stay perfectly safe.
