Default List of possible problems...

2004 Mach 1 5-spd:

-Clicking sound in the engine
-Slightly bogs/bucks under light acceleration
-Laggy start-up (sometimes) -when I turn the key, the engine kinda seems like it's gonna die and then it finally starts up.
-Pulls to the left

We bought it at carmax and it has a 3 year 36000 mile warrenty (i think that's how it is)but I dunno if I should take it back to carmax or to the Ford dealer (probably Ford?)
Also, what if they see that I have some exhaust work done to it (catted x-pipe), I'm sure a good amount of mechanics there know there should be 4 when there's only 2 so is there gonna be a problem? Im making a list of all the issues with the mach because spring break's coming up and that'd be a good time for me to get everything in ship shape.

Default RE: List of possible problems...

pulls to the left could be an alignment issue or uneven tire wear (check the tread for feathering)
Starter-ive read alot in this forum with people having this problem.. check the IAC valve
bogs during acceleration could be spark plugs, or bad coils

clicking sound... could be a belt ... try to see where its coming from to narrow down the possibility... could be the beginning of the end for a pulley?
