hello

I have a 2000 GT Automatic transmision, whit a SCT custum tuning....
my car do the shift at almost 6000 rpm is this good ?

At what rpm is the best shift point ?

Yes, its fine. B4 I got the supercharger, my tuner had it shifting at 6100rpm. Yesterday, we bumped it up to 6400 rpm. Yes, this is still safe. It crazy how loud your car screams over 6000 rpm. Change your line pressure to max if you like your head thrown around alittle and barks thetires aliitle harder when it shifts.
It's actually less wear on your transmission if you can believe that. Only down fall is it shifts just as hard crusing 30-40 mph at part throttle as WOT. Can be a pain.

thanx man, me and this girl at my school worked on it last night. I love it and i needed a update since my car is updated, OT: 5500 would probaly be better because our cars dont build any more power past that
