I just installed a MAC H pipe and BBK throttle body. I adjusted th TPS and it wants to step down to idle speed of 1000. it starts at 2000 and slowly makes its way there. Also when im driving if I push the clutch in it will not go back to idle stays at 2000. WHAT do I DOOO!!???

Was it ok before you adjusted the TPS ?
Could be too much air coming into where the IAC hooks up,Gasket get ripped ? Hoses all hooked up

Ya it always idled fine. I dbl checked everything. Im wondering if MIL's could be bad??

did you have the battery unhooked while doing this for a long period of time? after leaving my battery off for awhile mine does what you are describing and it takes about a week or so of driving to relearn it's driving strategy and the high revving goes away. anyway that may or may not be the problem...good luck!

This sounds like the problem I had. There is a blowoff valve on the bottom of the Throttle body, that has a cap screwed onto it. What it does is changes how quickly the car comes down to idle. You may have knocked it off while fiddling with the TPS. Pull off the Throttle Body and see if the cap is at the correct position, it has a factory spec. Hopefully thats it, and you wont need to see a mechanic, I spent 140 bucks to find this info out [:@].
