I ended up just heating the manifoldwith a torch. Its hard to get enough torque on the bolt with long extensions, even with an impact gun.

Was that a propane torch ? or a traditional welding type? How difficult is it to reach up in there with a torch ?

I got mine loose with just the extensions with a 1/2 ratchet. Had to really pull on them hard. Thought my 3/8 extensions were gonna snap...then when they let loose, I busted my knuckles! Wet them down with WD40 before I started. My left hand was swollen for a few days from cramming it up past the passenger side pipe to plug the o2 plugs back together.
