Get all three. LOL Well I would say it all depends. How is your traction at wide open throttle right now? If you hit it and they stick with stock tires I would say get the timing adjuster and pullies. If you spin bad in first and second then get the tires.
I just put my 555R's on and god help. Once they get warm they grab and there is no way for me to turn them over unless I dump the clutch at 6000 rpms.

since you've got a 98, and even with 3.73's probably dont have any traction problems, I'd get the timing adjustor
edit!!!! dude I just noticed you've already got a chip for the gears, and I ASSUME you've got your timing advanced through that already - so no need for an adjustor. Dude you really should forget all that stuff and get some exhaust work first.
