Hey guys, i just picked up this 98 mustang gt and it runs like ****, no ***** at all, no throttle response for ****, however it doesnt back fire or pop.

the check engine lights are 0351 & 0352 ; they say Coil pack A & B primary/secondary circuit malfunction.

i tested all my wires and have ohm readings from .001 to .003 of resistance.
I never heard of two coil packs going before, is there something wrong with this car that caused that to happen? and what is primary and secondary refering to ? how do i test the coil packs?

You have a project on your hands first of all! Does the car have any mods? It sucks because you want to be able to get in and just drive.It takes time, but you're in the right spot. If you need a part or need help the guys here can help or point you in the right direction. Start by replacing your coil packs then try eliminating the problems. Maybe get a second pair of eyes on your ride to help you out. Throttle responsesuck on GTs' anyway, don't worry about that. Long Tubes, CAI, bigger t/b, gears, should be some mods to think about.

Thanks, the car has under drive pulleys, magna flows, and a c&l maf intake setup

Yeah man, just start off with a very thorough tune up, fresh fluids, etc. and go ahead and change those coil packs if you can.
