my g/f just had this problem with her car (including the severe shaking), i thought it was the rotors as well, but as i inspected the tire, the inside tread of her tire was completely gone. check the tires as well just to be sure, but itis most likely a warped rotor.

Chances are, you won't get any help.. There are 3 B's that usually are NEVER covered under warranty.. You may get lucky though..

Brakes
Batteries
Belts

YRMV..

Yeah but I only had the car for just over a month. That shouldn't be mywear & tear problem. No one can wear the brakes or tires in a month unless you excessively do burn outs. I want to save the burnouts for the track.

+1 the dealership is supposed to make sure the car is tip top before selling it!

why spend almost 200 bucks on rotors + install when you can get the 13" Mach 1 brake kit from buyfordracing.com for $300? it includes the 13" brembo rotors, calipers, pads and braided stainless brake lines......when my fronts are worn out again that is what i am doing. then painting the new calipers and stock rears so they all match.

I bet the brakes worked lovely before he got the car.. All they have to say is, "You're pushing the brakes too hard," when in fact they probably f-ed up the torque on the lugnuts...

They may hook it up, but don't be pissed if they don't..
