Car runs rough off idle. Help

Car runs rough off idle. Help
It fills like its flooding just off idle from a dead stop.But once the rpm's get up it runs good.
Its an 02 GT 5 speed.
When I first got the car from the dealer it had a misfire problem so they fixed that for me,they replaced the crank pulley (with a stock one), crank sensor.Then it did it again and they replaced 3 coil packs, and the spark plugs (I don't know what ones they put in they might be stock).
Now it fills like its running to rich on the bottom end.
The car had UDP's, K&N,MGW, and a bunch of other stuff done to it before I got it.
What do you guy's think it is.
