Default Going to the track Friday

Friday I am heading up to new england dragway, It's gonna be chilly out which is good for horsepower, but the question is, do you think if I can get the car to hook up I could get into the mid 13's, I'd like a 13.5-13.7. So, what do ya think, if the track is in good shape and I can get it off the line, are my mods capable of it??? details on car here

Oh yea, I will also be running 93 and bumping the timing all the way up and doing the old school tricks, taking out the rear seat, spare tire ect, unhooking front swaybar links......

With some tires and a good driver mod you could, but I doubt you will.
Good luck

It's completely different driving on the track than it is racing on the street.

With some practice you could run high 13's. Traction & shifting will be your enemy. The car is capable..

Did you have U/L control arms then? They should help if you didn't. How much of a difference could you feel on your car after installing them?
