Ok...went and ordered a BBK 190 today for 100 bucks, it'll be here tomorrow at 11 am. I have had enough of the issues so I am going to stop it dead.

Ok....so what set up are you going to go with. Also, do I need a 255 or a 190 or what? I guess being as all the excess fuel is routed back to the tank then I really can't go too big correct? I am going to retain my factory regulator for now on this car, but once I spray it I suppose I will need to go with an adjustable.
You can definitly go too big. I'm not sure how it is on Mustang, but on all other cars I've had a 255 will overrun the stock pressure regulator. You may need an afpr.
