I am thinking about going with a bbk long tubes, bbk off road H pipe and a set of spintech prostreet mufflers. I want the throaty sound and loud but not supper loud whataya think?

Just not Spintech??? Never heard them before. I got the Magnaflow Magnapacks and couln't be happier! Stay away from the Dronemasters! They suck even with LT's compared to these other competitors. MAC is the same as Flowmaster. and SLP Loudmouths are crazy Loud!
