I discovered that my rear window defroster was killing my battery about a year ago. I would turn my car off and the next morning the battery would be dead or slow to start my car. I was cleaning my rear window one day in my garage and the window was hot and my car keys were in my pocket. I looked in the car and my defroster light was on. I just disconnected the two connectors in the rear window and took out the fuse.

You have to put the meter in SERIES with the battery and it should be set to measure DC Current.
Then you start pulling fuses and see when it drops to the normal range which for most cars should be somewhere around 25 milliamps or so.
If it's more than 100 milliamps you have a problem.

Most fuses however control more than one circuit so now you have to figure out what circuits that particular fuse controls and troubleshoot from there.

If you have no idea what I am talking about, you might be better off having someone with electrical troubleshooting knowledge assist you because you can cause some very serious and expensive damage to your car.

Does the battery have a warranty? Maybe you have a bad one

Check your power seat buttons. I had one stick on me one time and it took me a week to figure out what was draining mine.
