Default SPIN EM!

SO i have a question. my buddy was raggin on my 4.0 by sayin it couldnt burn out. so he said when i left his house to spin em. So i did and left quite a bit of smoke behind. next thing ya know a cop is sitting right out side his house. i guess someone called it in. my question is can u get in trouble with johnny law if they didnt see you? let me know. all they would possibly have is a small description. such as red mustang.

I don't think that they can write you up for something like that unless THEY actually see it, I could be wrong, though.

If they didn't see you they have no proof it was you.

I have had the cops called on me for doing burnouts in high school in a V6 vert lol those where the days. But to answer you question, I guess it all depends on where you live. I actually had a warning mailed to my house once cause someone got my license plate number. I asked a cop and he said that they have to catch you in the act or get enough complaints (along with tag number) to issue a warning (which is no big deal) and thats about it.

if they dont see it, they can not do anything about it.
they would acctually have to get the witness that called in, and have the witnessidentify you for them to write you.

Not to steal the thread, but my sister has a 07 v6...and I was definately impressed when I lit up the rear end.

Dad wasn't so thrilled though.

No they cant give you a ticket, they have to see you do it, or have a wittness point you out, But they didnt see you, they saw a Mustang(which there are 1000000's of them).

I would do another burnout later on in the week with a different car just to **** them off some more.
