yea ur right about that I drove that terminator and it was very stiff, yet very smooth so i dunno, and that seems to be my conclusion. I hear a lot of bad things about the stage 1 from a lot of people so that might just be the problem since I never hear anything bad from the 2 and 3. Why dont you think the 3+ is good for a DD lol? if the pedal is that light it shouldnt be no problem.

From what I hear, it's just not a very streetable clutch. But its also rated to i think 1000lb ft torque or something stupid like that.

I was happy with my stock clutch even though it was tough as a b*tch... and I am happy with my spec... and im glad to hear your happy with the terminator clutch.

Kinda a FYI... if you start building real power, look to upgrade to a 26 spline, whether its a centerforce or a spec 3 or w/e you go with. The Input shafts dont like it whne you have a lot of power and it's a 10 spline on the stock clutch. Watch that Throwout bearing too, that's why I had to replace my stock clutch. I hope they didn't use an OEM TOB.

ill definatly consider that upgrade later on when i finally get blown but I am curious on that also. Does spec send a OEM bearing because the bearing I got with the clutch kit look similar but not exactly the same as the spec TOB, which went bad on me. The kit says Valeo on it, so i really dont know. My friends 03 cobra clutch said valeo on it too but ford was stamped on the back, while mine didnt have that. So I hope its some sort of TOB thats not oem. Im also curious to know if I have a GT pressure plate with a 04 cobra clutch disc since the pedal is so light. He didnt have his pressure plate on him so i couldnt compare that but it looked like my stock PP

not sure.. My Spec has a Spec TOB i think, and i've heard mixed things about it, but I haven't had any issues with it at all... I think Ford uses Valeo from what I remember. but when my TOB went, couldn't get into gear and it was screeching like a banchee. It was in 3 pieces.

Pressure plate im not sure about either, sorry. Bedtime! g'nite, lol
