my motor blew and i need rebuild advice
 

ok so about a week ago my 4.6 blew out of my 96 gt, i pulled it and found that i had an oil leak from the back plate by the bell housing. i also noticed that i had alot of sand in my motor, very weird and i am not exactly sure waht to do when i rebuild it. i was thinking of getting a stroker kit, but im getting mixed messages about it

all depends on your budget. if you don't want to spend too much find a used PI engine and swap that in
