Default 2 valve to 4 valve?

can you do a 4 valve conversion on an 04 mustang gt? if so is it worth it? and how much thanks

Hell, you could put a LS1 into your mustang if you were willing to spend enough. How much power are you looking for? There would be a decent amount of fabrication work to be done, and many things would have to be upgraded. Generally, you would be better inclinded to build what you already have in the car than to do this swap, depending on how much power you want. Want 400-450 RWhp? Drop a blower and boltons onto your car and be done with it. Save money in the end.
