I use the "factory Horsepower tune" on mine, it allows you to adjust all the parameters to where you want them, For daily driving I set the part throttle shift firmness all the way up, gives you nice clean shifts if you have an auto, turn the tourque modulation off and when running 87 octane gas, I have gone as far as 4.5% timing increase in both ranges with no pinging, but when I go to the track I run 93 and go the full 10% timing advance,,,, I have yet to play with the air fuel adjustments, I want to wait until I am on a dyno so I don't risk running to lean..... You;ll see all the other fun stuff you can do with it too.... Like my O/R pro chamber, shut the rear 02's off, no check engine light, and you can adjust the speedo not just for gears, but for the tire revolutions per mile too, so if you go with a non stock rear tire size, you can make your speedo stay accurate, It's a great tuner.
