I'm willing to bet it's your e-brake cable. Look under car in front of driver's side wheel well, the cable has a strap like holder around it, push it down to move away from chassis!

This is especailly true if springs were installed on a lift. Sometimes the arm of the lift will push down on holder

okay thanx ill go look at it hopefully that solves the problem. But my springs were instaled by my friend and it wasnt on a lift.

Still check that, he may have put the jack/jack stand on the cable/holder.

Have no clue but it makes a hell of a noise, like a loud squeak/creeking.
