Default Cam cap question

Does anyone know the torque specs and the tightening sequence on the cam caps for a 2000 GT?

Ok the driver's side cam is still hard to turn. I really don't think the caps are in the same place as they came off even though I laid them out in order when I took everything apart. Also I have a 2000 so both cams look a like. The only difference is there is a raised notched on one of the cam sprokets. Which side does that go on?

Well it wasn't a pita til now. The whole dissasembly wasn't too hard. Installing and torqueing the heads was pretty easy. The cams got mixed up so idk what side is what now (shouldn't be hard though someone must know). Just waiting on the timing cover gasket since they sent me one for a V6.
