Bummer - LUK Clutch?

Bummer - LUK Clutch?
BUMMER!
I think my throw-out bearing seized up.
I had the entire clutch redone in January and yesterday I went out for some lunch and whenever I pressed in the clutch I heard this horrible squealing noise... I just took it home.
I drove it up on the truck, but I doubt it would of made it to the shop from the way it was acting and sounding....
Anyway, its going back to the shop that replaced the clutch in Jan, but I just wondered if anyone heard anything about LUK clutches. This mechanic said its a great clutch, but hey... If its so"great" then why did it only last 3 months?
I did not gearhead the car that much,I swear!
