What springs and Headers do you guys recommend? Is there an advantage to replace the headers on a 01 GT? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

And springs... well theirs lots of em out there it depends on what you want... handleing or straight line performance.

you should post this in the suspension forum, and they would probably help you out more... or you could go to stangnet they have a small review forum that has a bunch of different parts in there, with there members posting how they like the products.
