ive searched all over the web but i cant find any instructions on how to take out the rear seat so i can make my own rear seat delete. can anybody help me out???

honestly never tried it, doesn't it just have two handles, one on each side, underneath the very front of the seat?

Under your read seat....about the midway on each side, there are 2 spring loaded tabs. You need a screw driver or something to push them in. When you push one in, pull up on the seat and lift the pin out of the lock. Repear on the other side. Then you can take the bottom seat out.

The seat backs that fold down...those are bitches. On the inside, there not bolted...just a bar rammed into a hole and held there with tension if i remember correctly. On the outside though, its bolted. Extremely tight spot, and a bitch to take out.

also if u go on americanmuscle.com and go under styling bar instructions it will tell u how to take rear seat out bc u have to for the convertable styling bar

thanks guys...and 2000GT4.6 i think the radar dector is a mod because its not a windshield mount one. its got recievers in the front and back bumpers and laser diffusers in attached to the plates, it was a pain in the **** runnin all the wires
