Default Clutch help!!

2 months ago i brought my car to EB3 motorsports in va to have them replace my longtube header gaskets and my throwout bearing and input shaft bearing. now 2 months later my clutch pedal feels spongy, and there is i wierd knocking sort of sound that is only heard with the clutch pedal released in neutral. before i brought it to them it had just had a new centerforce clutch put in, but the bearings were not replaced, dunno why. i guess im gonna hafta bring it back to them, but i am worried they are gonna say it wasnt them or something and imma hafta spend another $1000 for them to fix it. Any suggestions on what i should do with this or what would cause the above problems would be nice.
