GOT it! i attached my volt meter to the plug, then shock the whole harness and i would get abuncha diff volts, so i narrowed it down and pulled back the shrinkwrapping 8 inches off of the plug and found the wire CLEAN cut. wtf? put it bak on and it runs like a mouse with slippers now.
