It's hard to refill a supercharger.

I've got a $15,000 signing bonus, which I only get half of after my job training as ablackhawk mechanic( MOS : 15T ). So that's probably $5-6 grand after taxes. I don't want to blow it all on the whole s/c setup including the parts to support it and the cost to install and tune.

If you have the money supercharge it, but nitrous is by far a better bang for the buck.

It sounds like you can afford the boost. Though saving it for a house or education might be a consideration that might change my opinion.

The Army is already paying for my education on top of the scholarships and financial aid I receive, and I don't plan on having a family anytime soon so I probably won't buy a house. Still, saving would be the right choice, but it's so hard to resist the temptations to mod my car.

That's cool. It sounds like you have your priorities in order.

BTW - thanks for serving our country.

Your welcome, thanks for the support. But I'm still in training so I really haven't done anything yet
